It's been a difficult month with the recent flooding and for many business owners in Hebden Bridge the fight is still ongoing. We have a wonderfully supportive community and would like to thank those who kindly volunteered their time to help us save stock and get our lovely shop back on its feet - we were one of the lucky ones this time round.
As the Hebden Bridge Business Forum stated 'we rally in this valley' and we would all love for you to continue to visit Hebden Bridge, plenty of our cafes, restaurants, pubs and independent stores are open for business and your contribution (may it be big or small) will keep the Hebden moral going! What's New
Fairtrade Fortnight - As part of Fairtrade Fortnight we decided to feature some our stock and suppliers that can help anyone add a bit of Fairtrade into their everyday.
Eco Kitchen - Our range of lunch boxes and reusable utensils has grown and we have added some items from new supplier Liga, including some gorgeous patterned dishcloths, and cork placemats and coasters.
Eco Bathroom - The Eco bathroom range has also gained some new suppliers (with more coming soon), from Printed Peanut's beautiful soap, shampoo and conditioner bars to a selection of accessories from Eco Bath London: bamboo hairbrushes, olive wood nail brushes and beech wood soap dishes to name a few!
Fairtrade Fashion - We've received the first Spring/Summer drops from Thought and Nomads, full of lovely soft blues and vibrant yellows to brighten your wardrobe. Keep your eyes peeled for some new brands coming soon!
Homeware - Not only have we added some new designs to our collection of lampshades, but we have also got some gorgeous new lamp bases in from Lush Designs! We've also had lots of lovely new plant pots come in, perfect for those of you looking to add to your indoor garden!
Kids - We are now stocking loads of lovely new items in our kids area, from eco building blocks to beautifully illustrated jigsaw puzzles.
Gifts - We are now proud to be stocking greeting cards from Paperwhale, all illustrated and made in the UK.
